Callas Callas Callas is a tribute to Maria Callas that chooses evocation over biographical storytelling. Three contemporary choreographers, Adriano Bolognino, Roberto Tedesco and Carlo Massari, explore the figure of La Divina through different sensibilities and artistic languages, creating a triptych that reflects both her artistic and human complexity.
Rather than offering a portrait, the performance explores the symbolic legacy of an icon who continues to live in the collective imagination: her voice, stage presence, charisma, fragility, and her ability to transform life into art and art into shared emotion.
Through abstract imagery, theatrical atmospheres and echoes of opera, dance becomes a space for memory and reinvention, where the figure of Callas becomes a universal experience and a mirror in which we can recognise ourselves.
Three independent perspectives intertwine to create a contemporary portrait dedicated not only to the artist, but also to the woman whose presence continues to speak through each of us.
